There are five parts to the Seating Dashboard:
- New Requests - Think of it like your Inbox. When anyone requests a seat, their request shows up here. You may decide to assign that seat pending payment, assign it immediately, or deny the request.
- Seats Pending Payment - The seats that were requested and assigned pending payment.
- Assigned - Seats that are assigned to congregants. You can still remove someone at this point.
- Available - The list of available seats. You can assign a seat to anyone from here, too.
- All Seats - An overview of each seat and its reservation status and information.
Note: Depending on your Settings, congregants may be notified when a change is made to their seat or request.
